This problem only occurs when using Office 365 products and can be solved by changing the Windows registry.
Download the Import.zip and unzip it. Then run the unzipped registry file with administrator rights on the affected system to make the change.
Or make the changes manually:
In the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\REGISTRY\MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\AppV\Subsystem\VirtualRegistry >>> Double-click on "PassThroughPaths"
Then add the following values:
