It is possible to store all ViFlow files in SharePoint. This includes the process model, the WebModel and your own templates.
Simply create a document library specifically for ViFlow and create subfolders if necessary.
Please note:
Only store viflow process models in SharePoint if the access is powerful and uninterrupted. Failure to do so may result in a database failure. If you are not sure, place the viflow process models on a file server or locally and save only the WebModels in SharePoint.
Access to the stored files for editing with viflow is only possible via UNC path.
SharePoint 365:
In SharePoint 365 it is no longer possible to open web pages directly in SharePoint 365. This means that even our WebModel can no longer be stored and opened in SharePoint. In this case, the WebModel must be stored on another WebServer.
